A Dowelltown man died Friday morning while in custody at the Dekalb County Jail.
34-year-old Dustin Allen Pedigo found unresponsive around 3:35am. Sheriffs Deputies reported Pedigo was still breathing. He was transported to Ascension Saint Thomas DeKalb Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
The investigation continues.
