Domestic Dispute Forces Lock Down At Cumberland Medical Center

A domestic dispute involving a man armed with a firearm forced Crossville’s Cumberland Medical Center to go on lock down last night.

Around 8:00 p.m. authorities responded to a home near the hospital where a dispute between a man and woman had escalated.

A tactical response team arrived on scene and eventually took the man into custody without incident. He’s currently undergoing a mental evaluation.

Authorities have not released the names of those involved.
