DeKalb BOE Raises Meal Prices For Adults

DeKalb County students can continue to eat free, but adults will have to pay a little more next school year.

At its Thursday meeting, the DeKalb County Board of Education approved a 25-cent increase for adult meal prices for next school year.

Adults will now pay $1.50 for breakfast and $2.75 for lunch.

Students in all grade levels and incomes eat breakfast and lunch free through a federal grant.
