DCHS Principal To Take On New Role

DeKalb County High School Principal Kathy Bryant has announced that she’s stepping down from her position to take on a new role.

Director of Schools Patrick Cripps has hired Bryant as the new Supervisor of Education for grades 6-12.

“We are excited to have Kathy in this position,” Cripps said. “She’s a hard worker and has a lot of goals that we want to set to take our secondary students to a different level.”

Bryant served as DCHS Principal for two years. Director of Schools Patrick Cripps has not named a new principal for the high school, but that announcement should be coming very soon.
