A Cumberland County sex offender has been sentenced to two years in prison.
Dewayne Levonn Smith, 42, pleaded guilty after he was found in the company of a 16-year-old runaway.
The girl was not harmed and has been returned to her family.
Smith was given credit for 89 days served and is banned from any future contact with the victim.
