Cumberland County reported its second COVID-19 death Thursday, in data reported by the Tennessee Department Of Health.
That brings the Upper Cumberland total to 12. Cumberland County’s total case tally stands at 120 cases with 90 of those people recovered. Putnam County’s case tally jumped to 524 positive cases Thursday.
Overall, the region reported 1,053 cases Thursday.
Statewide, some 25,120 cases have been reported. More than 16,600 of those people have recovered. 401 people have died, with 84 percent of them over 61 years of age.
