Crossville’s Phoenix School Gets Its Own SRO

The Phoenix School will get its own school resource officer thanks to a Tuesday night vote by the Crossville City Council.

The board voted unanimously to pay for a fourth SRO, providing one to each of the schools within the city limits.

The Phoenix School serves students from infants to age 21 years old. The program works with students who may not fit in the normal school environment. Some of the students are zero-tolerance behavior students.
