A Crossville woman sent to the hospital Tuesday night after an accident along US 70 West in Cumberland County.
65-year-old Karen Blaylock injured in the accident and taken the Cumberland Medical Center. The accident happened around 6:15pm near Star Drive.
According to THP reports, Blaylock travelling east on US 70 as she slowed to make a left turn onto Star Drive. 34-year-old Jonathan Tredway of Crossville, following Blaylock, failed to slow down and rear-ended Blaylock’s car.
Highway Patrol Officers charged Tredway with failing to exercise due care and failing to provide proof of financial responsibility.
