Crossville PD Responds To Funding Accounts Set Up For Fallen K9

The Crossville Police Department is responding to various online funding accounts being set up for fallen K-9 Officer Cain.

The police department has expressed their appreciation to the accounts being set up, but said the city of Crossville provides all the resources needed for the department’s K-9 division.

Lieutenant Brian Eckelson said any funds received from any member of the public will be used to purchase a memorial monument to reflect the courage and sacrifice of the department’s fallen heroes including K-9 Cain, who passed away this week after being stabbed by a suspect.
