Crossville Man Pleads Guilty To Child Abuse And Sexual Battery

A Crossville man will serve a lengthy term behind bars after pleading guilty to child abuse and sexual battery charges.

The charges against 35-year-old Brock Justin Dunaway stem from a 2013 domestic violence incident that was investigated by the Crossville Police Department.

Dunaway has pleaded guilty to child abuse and received a three year sentence. He also pleaded guilty to sexual battery by an authority figure and received a five year sentence.

The sentences will be served concurrently.
