A Crossville man faces multiple charges of statutory rape following an indictment by a Cumberland County.
Indictment records state 21-year-old David Elliott face three counts of statutory rape stemming from incidents that occurred last year.
According to the indictment, Elliott engaged in sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl between March 31 and May 17, 2017. Elliott was 19 years old at the time the incidents took place.
Elliott is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 5.
