Criminal Investigation Against Lee Continues

The criminal investigation of Livingston Academy teacher Mark Lee is proceeding.

District Attorney General Bryant Dunaway said he received an update from investigators this week. He said they were compiling their report and it should be delivered soon.

Lee is under investigation for allegedly sexual harassing two female students. In addition to the District Attorney’s investigation, the Overton County School Board is investigating. The allegations against Lee surfaced in March. The families of the two students approached the Board of Education to address the behavior at that time.

Lee was initially suspended for three days before being indefinitely suspended as the School Board began its investigation.
