The Tennessee Highway Patrol has charged a 23-year-old Crossville man with DUI following a single vehicle crash on Interstate 40 Thursday.
Officials said the crash happened on westbound I-40 near mile marker 334 in Cumberland County.
A report says Austin Hembree was driving a 2001 Ford Expedition when the vehicle left the roadway, struck a cable guardrail, and flipped several times.
Hembree suffered injuries, but his conditions remains unknown.
