A two vehicle crash in Warren County killed a man from Spencer Monday.
Officials said the crash happened on Old Shelbyville Road.
Authorities have identified the deceased as 44-year-old Kevin Bouldin.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol said Bouldin was driving eastbound in a Chevy one ton truck belonging to Ben Lomand when the vehicle was struck nearly head-on by a Mack Dump truck driven by 46-year-old Charles Turner of McMinnville.
Turner received treatment at Saint Thomas River Park Hospital for treatment to non-life threatening injuries.
The report from Tennessee Highway Patrol said the dump truck, owned by Hills Group, was loaded with gravel and traveled off the roadway, causing it to move into the path of the Ben Lomand vehicle.
The crash remains under investigation by the Tennessee Highway Patrol’s Critical Response Team.
