Cookeville Water Line Break Closes E. 20th Street

East 20th Street between Washington Avenue and North Maple Avenue has closed for water repairs.

According to the Cookeville Water Department, a main line break occurred Friday morning. Crews are on-site accessing the damage. The extent of repairs will determine if any water outages will occur from the event.
