Cookeville Police Department investigating a three-vehicle collision on Spring Street near J. S. Breedlove Drive on Halloween night.
Public Information Officer Lieutenant Anthony Leonard said the accident occurred after a vehicle crossed the center line, striking two other vehicles. One person was transported by EMS to the hospital.
As of 8 p.m., Spring Street from Dry Valley Road to J.S. Breedlove Drive is blocked off.
By 8:45, Leonard said the roadway was back open.
