A Cookeville man in Cumberland County jail awaits extradition to Kentucky on felony methamphetamine and felony violation charges.
Corey Dale Harris, age 45, already in jail for violation of probation, was additionally booked into the justice center, and held on $500,000 bond, on felony fugitive-from-justice charges. The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department told News Talk 94.1 this morning Harris is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow (Thursday, October 4).
The arrest report indicates Jefferson County, Kentucky, lists Harris through NCIC with an active warrant. The report further states Jefferson County authorities intend to extradite.
