Cookeville IDB To Review Bylaws And Possibly Add Virtual Attendence

The Cookeville Industrial Development Board wants to take a further look at the board’s bylaws.

Chair Bob Bell said members will review the possibility of allowing electronic attendance.

Bell said the board saw good attendance when the state allowed virtual meetings during the pandemic. Bell said the overall bylaws have not been reviewed in 10 years and need to be updated.
