Clay Missing Person’s Case Turned Into Homicide Investigation

An investigation into a missing Clay man two weeks ago has now turned into a homicide investigation.

53-year-old Michael Harding was last seen on Sunday, September 18th, and reported missing the following Tuesday. Sheriff Brandon Boone said Harding was found deceased in Cumberland County, Kentucky.

Boone said that the Kentucky State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation have since taken over the investigation.
