Clay County authorities have arrested a man for his alleged involvement in a Monday morning shooting.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation confirmed the arrest at 11:00 a.m. TBI officials said there is no reason to believe there is an ongoing public threat.
The search for the unidentified man began after three people were shot at a home in the area of Crabtree Creek Road and North Fork Road in Clay County.
The shooting was reported when a school bus driver routinely stopped and realized there had been a shooting inside the home.
According to the EMA director Natalie Boone, the school bus driver called 911. Despite initial reports, the incident did not take place on the bus.
The condition of the shooting victims is not known at this time.
