Chicago group works to reduce crime and violence in the city

As the presidential election nears, the issue of crime is weighing on the minds of voters. A CBS News poll taken earlier this year found 63% of voters said crime would be a factor in who they vote for, despite FBI data showing reported violent crime fell in 2023.
