Celina Officials Take No Action On Mobile Home Inspection Ordinance

Celina’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen have chosen to take no action on second reading of an ordinance that would have required inspections of mobile homes.

The City’s Planning Commission recommended the ordinance to make sure residents of mobile homes were living in fair conditions, but the board chose to take no action after public outcry from several people who own and rent a number of mobile homes in Celina.
