Pickett Man Arrested On Incest Charges

A Byrdstown man faces sexual misconduct charges following an investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. 55-year-old Steve K. Fulton booked into the Pickett County Jail on one count of incest. His bond set Monday at $50,000.
