125 Baxter Townhouses Approved; Spring Construction

Two Baxter townhouse subdivisions have been granted final site plans. UCDD Deputy Director Tommy Lee said this means developers can begin cutting roads and putting in infrastructure. Livingston is in the process of negotiating fees with a design consultant for courthouse plaza renovations. Livingston Downtown Revitalization Chairman Ray Evans said he does not know if negotiations will be successful, but expects construction to begin in the Fall of 2021.
