A Crossville man allegedly busted into his brother’s home Tuesday night, hitting him and knocking him to the ground.
Police charged 47-year-old Kenneth Dean Cross Jr. with domestic assault after he reportedly arrive at his brother Shane Cross’ home after 10pm Tuesday night. Police reports said Kenneth Cross showed up unannounced and had been drinking beer.
When Shane Cross refused entry to his home, Kenneth Cross allegedly pushed the door open damaging the door shock and jam. Once inside, Kenneth Cross pushed his brother, struck him multiple times in the back of the head, and knocked him to the ground.
Police found redness and scrapes, according to the report. A warrant now out for Kenneth Cross.
