A precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted for the Double Springs Utility District.
A district spokesperson said all tests came back negative Saturday for contaminants in the water.
Water service disrupted to the area in the hours after Tuesday’s tornado. As crews began repairing water leaks, they opened valves. Pressure issues were also reported. Both could cause some contaminants in the water.
Testing Saturday found the water clear. Most all pressure issues have now been repaired.
