BDS Going To Van Buren Commission For Real Estate Listing Approval

Van Buren County Committee B will suggest relisting the BDS property to the county commission.

County Mayor Greg Wilson said the committee will submit a recommendation to list the property with a real estate agent to bid. Wilson said the property will come before the county commission on October 19.

The county has previously put the property out for bids on three occasions. However, the county only received a bid once, the $200,000 price that Priority Solid Waste never closed on.
