Baxter Closing City Hall, Water Department Lobbies Due To COVID

Baxter is closing its city hall and water department to foot traffic due to rising COVID numbers starting on December 21.

The city said this decision is being made to protect city hall employees. Baxter will have drop boxes at both locations for customers to use.

Customers still have the option to use online services at cityofbaxter.com and the drive-thru window for the water department.
