The TWRA has identified the body of the missing kayaker in Smith County as 18-year-old Tyler Flanery of Putnam County. Area rescue crews located the body of a missing kayaker in Smith County Sunday morning. The unidentified 18-year-old kayaker went missing around 1:30 p.m. Saturday near Betty’s Island in Buffalo Valley.
