A 22-year-old Lincoln County woman suffered minor injuries during a crash on Interstate 40 in Putnam County Friday afternoon.
Gabriella Reed was transported to Cookeville Regional Medical Center following the crash.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol charged Reed with exercise of due care after crashing her 2005 Dodge Durango near eastbound mile marker 270.
A THP crash report indicates Reed lost control of the vehicle and traveled off the left side of the roadway before striking a concrete barrier. The vehicle then traveled to the right side of the roadway before striking a guardrail and coming to a final rest in the roadway.
