American soldier arrested in Russia was accused of stealing

A U.S. Army staff sergeant was arrested in Russia last week and is accused of stealing. Gordon Black is the latest American to be detained in Russia. Former Marine Paul Whelan has been imprisoned for five years and Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich was arrested last March. Source
