The Tennessee Highway Patrol has identified a man who passed away in a Saturday traffic crash in Fentress County.
The deceased is identified as 77-year-old Charles Franklin of Jamestown.
Authorities said the crash happened at the intersection of Highway 127 and White Oak Street.
A preliminary report indicates that Franklin’s vehicle was struck head on by a 1991 Toyota pickup driven by 39-year-old James D. Goodman of Jamestown.
