Tri County Electric has scheduled a planned power outage Saturday for the Celina Substation.
Officials with Tri County Electric said the outage is need in order to conduct upgrades to the Celina substation.
Weather permitting, the outage will take place at 11:00 p.m. and last for at least two hours.
The Celina substation covers all of Clay County east of the Cumberland River. Affected areas will include the town of Celina, Burkesville Highway, Pea Ridge, Livingston Highway, and Gainesboro Highway.
