A Cookeville man suffered injuries when a truck collided with his bicycle Thursday night.
The incident happened around 8:00 p.m. on Highway 70 east just outside Monterey city limits.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol said a 2010 Ford F-150 struck a bicycle occupied by 55-year-old Larry Allan Selby.
Selby was airlifted to Erlanger Hospital following the incident. Authorities said Selby was not wearing a helmet and the bicycle had no reflective lights or material.
No charges were filed.
