York Sentenced For 2016 House Fire

A Kentucky judge has sentenced a Celina man to prison for setting a Clinton County house on fire in March of last year.

Ricky Lee York pleaded guilty this week to reduced charges of first-degree assault and second-degree arson. A judge sentenced York to serve 15-years behind bars.

The fire that York set destroyed a home occupied by three people. The residents managed to escape without injuries.

Authorities had originally charged York with three counts of attempted murder and first-degree arson.
