A Cumberland County woman charged with vehicular homicide has decided to surrender her bond and be placed back in custody.
36-year-old Meghan Wilson made the decision after a judge found sufficient evidence to send the case to a September grand jury session.
Wilson’s charge stems from a May 18th vehicle accident that killed 46-year-old John V. Rowe of Deer Lodge Tennessee.
Authorities said Wilson was under the influence of alcohol when her vehicle crashed into a motorcycle ridden by Rowe.
