A judge handed down an eight year prison sentence to a Fentress County man charged with numerous sex crimes against a minor.
An investigation by the Fentress County Sheriff’s Department led to the arrest of 33-year-old Arias Angeles.
Authorities had originally charged Angeles with 78 felony counts of sex crimes against a minor. His charges included, 26 counts of solicitation of sexual exploitation of a minor, 26 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, 11 counts of aggravated statutory rape, 10 counts of solicitation of a minor and 5 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor by electronic means.
As part of his punishment Angeles will be deported upon the completion of his sentence.
