Authorities arrested a Celina man on charges he inappropriately touched a female inmate.
Spencer Mason, 24, was a Clay County corrections officer at the time. He was fired when allegations he had inappropriately touched a female inmate while transporting her from the Robertson County Jail to the Clay County Jail.
The Robertson County Grand Jury indicted Mason on one count of sexual contact with an inmate and one count of official misconduct following a TBI investigation.
He was booked into the Robertson County Jail on $25,000 bond.
