Cumberland County Commission Appoints New EMA Director

Cumberland County has a new director for its’ Emergency Management Agency.

Monday night the County Commission voted to appoint Rick Williams to the position. He’s replacing Keith Garrison who has announced his retirement.

Williams previously headed up the White County EMA.
