Twin Lakes Building New Facility In Clay

Twin Lakes has begun the process of building a new facility on East Lake Avenue in Celina.

Twin Lakes CEO Johnathan West said the company is building a new facility to better serve the customers of Clay County. West said Twin Lakes has been in Celina for 20 years and that it was time to upgrade the facility.

“It’s been a leased facility that we have rented and been doing that for a very long time,” West said. “It’s a very small facility and really we are only able to accommodate about one customer at a time. This new facility will enable us to accommodate more customers comfortably and also enable us to expand into some new service offerings that we plan on announcing very soon.”

West said customers will see improvements in customer service once the facility is complaeted. West said the customers own Twin Lakes and customer service is a big factor in their overall success.

“That’s our real driver here is just we have so many customers that want to call in over the phone,” West said. “We have customers that want to email, text, and social media. We will interact with our customers that better suits them, but a lot of our customers still want to see a friendly face in the local community. They have a question and they just feel more comfortable talking to someone face to face and the best way to do that is to have an office in every community and that’s what we strive to do.”

West said he expects the facility to be complete in about 12 months.

“We expect this time next year to be moving in,” West said. “We will have a ribbon cutting, open house, and open the doors for all of our customers to come check it out and see the new facility.”

West said Twin Lakes is thankful for its customers and this new facility will be an investment back into the community.
