A Byrdstown man faces sexual misconduct charges following an investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
55-year-old Steve K. Fulton booked into the Pickett County Jail on one count of incest. His bond set Monday at $50,000. The investigation began in October, 2022 when the Pickett County Sheriff’s Office and TBI special agents began looking into allegations of sexual misconduct. During the investigation, Fulton identified as the person responsible.
13th Judicial District Attorney General Bryant Dunaway requested the investigation last October.
