Power Athletics Owner Jailed On Steroid Manufacture And Sell Charges

The former owner of a Cookeville training facility has been arrested on charges of possessing, selling, and manufacturing anabolic steroids.

Justin Henry owned Power Athletics on Interstate Drive. Cookeville Police Detectives issued a search warrant in October of last year, where they found a large amount of suspected anabolic steroids at the business. The TBI crime lab confirmed the analysis. Henry admitted to selling and manufacturing the products at the facility.

Henry turned himself in this week after Cookeville Police obtained a felony warrant on charges of Prohibited Activities, Anabolic Steroids. Bond set at $15,000.

Cookeville Police continue the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call police.

The company trained cheerleaders with all-star cheer classes, tumbling classes, choreography and private lessons.
