New Air BNBs Established In Livingston

Four new Air BNBs have opened on Church Street in Livingston.

Chamber of Commerce Director Shannon Cantrell said the rooms are located above a shop called. Lane Mercantile. Cantrell said a grant program through the Downtown Revitalization Committee helped fund the work.

“On South Church Street, we’ve got four building down there that have been completely renovated from the inside and outside,” Cantrell said. “Those folks have done an amazing job and they look beautiful.”

Cantrell said air bnbs have been a growing industry in the downtown area. There are over 10 now established within the city limits.

Cantrell said the facade grant program reimburses $12,500 to business owners.
