U.K. breaks record for highest temperature

The temperature in England just reached 104.4°F — the highest ever recorded in the United Kingdom. And only about 5% of British homes are thought to have air conditioning. The same heat wave is fueling damaging wildfires across southern France, Spain, Italy and Portugal, driving tens of thousands of people from their homes. Source
