TTU Purchases Land For Future Facilities Service Building

Tennessee Tech purchased two parcels at the corner of 11th Street and Washington Avenue for the future construction of a maintenance facility.

The property was purchased from the Tennessee Tech Foundation. Ownership of the land transferred to the university following approval from the Board of Trustees. The land was considered a high priority purchase under the university’s master plan.
