Main Street McMinnville has announced the lineup for its 18th Annual Main Street Live.
Executive Director Jennifer Flatt Meredith said that every Friday night from June 10th to July 29th, a concert will be held at West Lawn of Security Federal Savings Bank. She said that the whole community is invited to bring a lawn chair and enjoy all different genres of music.
“I think it’s great because it helps us come together again as a community,” Meredith said. “And it’s a lot of fun, it’s something free to do on Friday night and to come out and listen to good music in the summer. It can bring people to our beautiful downtown area, and just to enjoy actually being together again. So it means a lot to our community.”
Meredith said that this year’s performances will kick off with country singer Clayton Q. She said other performances can be expected from the Joe Harvey Band, Beatles tribute band Forever Abbey Road, and Motown R&B group Entice.
Meredith said that they form a committee to create the lineup using community suggestions.
