Earn $100 For Referring Potential Substitutes In Warren Schools

Education Solutions Services (ESS) is holding a Refer A Friend program to find part-time and full-time substitutes for Warren County Schools.

County On-Site Manager Maggie Dassow said that they have realized that they get more people through the door from referrals. She said that by doing a program like this, they can find quality staff members to serve the students of Warren.

“I’m looking for anybody that is passionate about our county, passionate about helping the kiddos of Warren County,” Dassow said. “Someone who has flexible schedules, anybody that is working part-time jobs, Monday through Friday. It doesn’t matter if they want to work at a certain school or not, we’re open to every school through the district. They can have a high school education, we do background checks, and we take adults 18 or over.”

Dassow said that not only will this program help students, but it can benefit those who refer staff as well. She said that ESS will pay you $100 for every successful referral.

Dassow said that the simple process requires you to register online. She said that anyone in the community can register themselves by referring someone on the website.

“Once that person has worked 10 days, just 10 days for Warren County, then $100 drops on their dashboard,” “And they can choose if they want to use it on a credit card, a Disney card, a Starbucks card, if they want to donate it, however they want to utilize that $100. There’s no cap to it so they can keep referring people. It’s just an excellent, excellent program.”

Dassow said that because Warren County is already great about word-of-mouth, she expects the program to take off even more.
