Putnam Moves Veterans Events To 10 A.M. Thursday

Putnam County will move its Veterans Day events to 10 a.m. on Thursday.

County Mayor Randy Porter said the decision was made because of the threat of rain picking up around the lunch hour.

There will be a ceremony with a parade to follow.
