Masks Mandate Lifted in City Buildings if Vaccinated

Masks are no longer required in Cookeville City facilities if an individual has been fully vaccinated.

Cookeville changed its policy on masks on Monday in accordance with the new CDC guidelines issued on Thursday.

The city does ask that you continue to wear masks inside if you are not fully vaccinated.

The CDC defines fully vaccinated as two weeks after receiving a second dose of a two-dose vaccine, or two weeks after a dose of a single-dose vaccine.
