Cookeville – Elinor Ross CDF Freedom School – Presented By Tennessee Tech June 9th – July 20th from 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday -Friday. This 6-week summer literacy and cultural enrichment program is FREE to those who are eligible. Age appropriate and FREE for 40 children in K-4 Grades Moving up in the fall to 1st to 5th grades. Students will receive free books, 90 hours of reading over 6-weeks, STEM activities and opportunity for parent, family and community engagement.
